Tasting Notes

Incredibly concentrated dark ruby color with aromatics of stone fruit, dried herbs, and flinty chalkiness. The mouth feel is full and follows thru with flavors of strawberry, peach cobbler, dried basil, and minerals. Finishes surprisingly soft with a slightly sweet essence and vanilla. Pairs well with spicy BBQ or a chocolate dessert! Drink now through 2030.

Ripe aromas of blackberry and black plum are spiced by cardamom and clove on the nose of this bottling. There's a strong barrel spice to the palate, where nutmeg, clove and chai flavors recall a pumpkin latte with creamy red fruits in the background. — M.K.
